Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium roof (skylight) windows — centre-pivot, top-hung and electric solar roof windows — with the matching flashing, blackout, pleated and external awning blinds, control rods, remotes and seals to fit and finish them. The flashing, the working-at-height install and the structural and electrical needs are stated on each listing.

Flashing, working at height & structure

Fitting a roof window means working at height and opening the roof structure: it must be installed by a competent roofer or installer, with the correct flashing for your roof covering and pitch and the right insulation and vapour collar, so the roof stays weathertight — getting the flashing and the structural opening right is what keeps water and wind out. Altering the rafters needs competent structural assessment. The glazing has a laminated safety inner pane. An electric or solar window, rain sensor or blind is set up per the instructions, with any mains wiring by a qualified electrician. Check the pitch range and size code before ordering. CE marked where applicable.
